  • Condition – Helmets must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels, accessories, and protective inserts intact.
  • Process – Initiate your return by contacting our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds – Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty Coverage

All helmets purchased from AGVSHHELMET.COM come with a limited warranty, depending on model and certification standards, effective from 2026-08-31.

This warranty protects against:

  • Failure of structural components, shell integrity, or visor mechanisms
  • Issues with internal padding, retention system, or chin strap functionality

Warranty does not cover:
